Overview
Contractor required to cover long term sick
Experienced welder for required Titanium welding 1.5 to 2mm of complex precision components
Responsibilities
* Perform TIG welding on Titanium components
* Work to fine-limit tolerances
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications
* Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
* Adhere to industry safety standards and company procedures
* Collaborate with team members while also working independently
Requirements
* Experience and proficiency in fine-limit welding with titanium (60 to 80m thou thick or 1.5 to 2mm)
* Strong understanding of welding processes and safety practices
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Working hours
Monday to Fridays 39 hour week (flat rate overtime available)
