Join a flat, structured, Techncial Support Team where you will be involved in everything from 1st to 3rd line while also having ownership over the corporate infrastructure stack. Techncially you should have experience working within a Windows/365 and MacOS environment, while basic networking and virtualisation knowledge is beneficial.
Given this environment and the user-facing nature of this role, the ability to build relationships and manage situations with Traders and Investment Managers will be critical here.

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 basic + bonus and other perks.
