About The Role
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK.
The role is responsible for building & maintaining relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. It also encourages repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to build & maintain relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability. Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
* Respond to questions and queries internally and from customers via telephone, email, video calling, and face to face.
* Prepare quotations – liaise with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management where required.
* Follow up proactively on quotations.
* Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
* Liaise with other departments pre- and post-sale (including finance, operations, technical, and design).
Key Competencies & Relevant Experience
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C.
* An enthusiastic person with a can‑do attitude able to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.
* Computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM).
* Accurate with good attention to detail.
* Able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Desirable skills and attributes:
* Experience working in a construction or manufacturing business.
* Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
* Able to read and understand drawings.
