Pay Range
£37,000 - £47,000 per annum + car allowance + uncapped bonus
Job Description
We're looking for a driven and inspiring Recruitment Manager to lead our Leeds Business Support & Commercial division. You'll be managing a team of two experienced recruitment consultants, with plans to grow the team further as we expand our reach across Leeds and the surrounding area.

An experienced recruiter with a strong billing background who wants to step into leadership. You don't need previous management experience — we provide a market‑leading management training programme designed to help you transition confidently into the role and thrive as a leader.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage, coach, and motivate two experienced consultants within the Business Support & Commercial sector.
* Play a key role in our regional growth by helping to recruit an additional team member.
* Oversee recruitment activity across a range of Business Support and Commercial roles.
* Stay up to date with the local market, identifying opportunities for new business and strategic growth.
* Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients across Leeds and surrounding areas.
* Actively seek opportunities to grow market share through business development and networking.
* Manage your own Business Support/Commercial desk alongside your leadership responsibilities.
* Attract high‑quality candidates through advertising, headhunting, social media, and networking.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in agency recruitment (essential)
* Ideally experience in the Business Support or Commercial market
* No management experience required — full leadership training provided
* Ideally a driver with access to their own vehicle - we offer a car allowance
