Let us tell a bit about the opportunity
At MotoNovo Finance, we’re on a mission to deliver innovative products that create real value for our customers, dealers, and partners. We’re looking for a strategic, proactive Product Owner to join our Motor Product & Proposition team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering change that drives measurable impact.
As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering change that adds value across our network. You’ll lead the vision and roadmap for your area, translating strategic goals into actionable outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every sprint delivers meaningful progress while keeping customer needs front and centre.
What will your day look like?
No two days are ever the same, but you will;
1. Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligned to business objectives.
2. Champion innovation, challenge the status quo, and drive better outcomes.
3. Set and manage delivery squad priorities in an agile environment.
4. Take ownership of business outcomes by designing and prioritising the roadmap to deliver value.
5. Balance customer value with internal efficiency to maximise impact.
6. Establish and track performance metrics for delivery and outcomes.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technical teams.
8. Ensure changes are embedded, communicated, and fully owned by stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology and innovation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities while bringing clarity to complexity. Above all, you inspire teams to deliver their best work. We’re looking for someone who:
9. Has proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
10. Understands agile methodologies and has hands-on experience in cross-functional teams.
11. Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
12. Connects product decisions to commercial and customer outcomes.
13. Is curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
14. Comfortable working in ambiguity at times
15. (Bonus) Has experience in financial services or automotive - helpful, but not essential.
