For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering; Basic hourly rate of £12.85 per hour Temporary ongoing position, which could lead to permanent for the right person Overtime rates paid at x1.5 for working Saturdays, and Double Time for Sundays Working on a Panama Shift which is on a 2 weekly rotating pattern - 4 days 1 week, 3 days the next week, 4 nights 1 weeks, 3 nights the next, 6pm-6am Free Parking The Role – Machine Operator: Loading & Unloading rolls onto the machine Prepping the machine Bagging & Tagging of products Read and follow instructions along with other data available to ensure the machine is fed with the correct materials Maintain good housekeeping and effective planning to ensure the machine does not stand due to lack of forward planning Complete all documentation as required and communicate using the shift handover book together with verbal communication when taking over and handing over the shift Report all machine faults as they occur Carry out ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Management What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator: You MUST have experience operating Machinery within a FMCG environment Able to follow instructions, along with health & safety guidelines Key skills or similar job titles; Print Assistant, Machine Operator, Print Machine Operator, Extrusion, Blown Film Commutable From; Telford, Hortonwood, Stafford Park, Halesfield, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton, Market Drayton, Newport, Shrewsbury For further information about this and other positions please apply now This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Recruit4staff (Telford) who are operating as a recruitment agency, agent, agencies, employment agency or employment business.
