Duties
* Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

* Maintain accurate records of care provided, including any changes in health or behaviour.
* Support with meal preparation and feeding when necessary, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
* Communicate effectively with team members, service users, and their families to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Follow health and safety protocols diligently, including infection control procedures.
Experience
* Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential.
* Good understanding of care plans and how to implement them effectively.
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A caring attitude with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with service users.
