Meet Our Team

Join Pegasystems’ Consulting organization as a Consulting Solution Executive, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving professional services growth. You’ll lead business development efforts, scope and size projects, manage contract processes, and maintain strong engagement with senior executives to ensure delivery success.

You’ll collaborate across functions to help Pega expand its software and services business, deliver exceptional value to clients and partners, and build a scalable delivery infrastructure for rapid growth. Expect to work on complex, high-profile client engagements that challenge and inspire.

What You'll Do At Pega

* Drive consulting revenue by leading work efforts and growing billings across major clients
* Support software sales to achieve annual license quota
* Champion best-practice delivery approaches during the sales cycle for all Pega projects
* Define, scope, size, and propose new Pega application implementations for enterprise clients
* Provide actionable feedback to product management and engineering teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Who You Are

You have proven experience in professional services business development, as well as experience selling and implementing digital transformation at enterprise level. You are a natural, fast-paced learner able to turn out solutions of your own initiative, and you are comfortable positioning yourself as an educator equipped to offer large accounts practical solutions to relevant industry problems. You can speak with confidence and clarity and can hold gravitas in conversations with C-suite executives or VPs of Marketing. This is a position for someone who is a goal-driven, challenge-seeking performer.

What You've Accomplished

* BA/BS degree (Business or Technical preferred)
* 10+ years in professional services business development
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain buy-in for ideas and solutions
* Capability to achieve Pega certifications and complete industry-specific training
* Demonstrated success in building executive-level relationships and driving complex engagements
