Salary: Up to £50,000 Per Annum
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Healthcare Security Supervisors and Officers
* Liaise confidently with clients, police, and multiple stakeholders
* Support incident response, investigations, and post‑incident reviews
* Manage rotas, payroll, appraisals, and compliance
* Ensure adherence to NHS, CQC, SIA, and relevant legislative requirements
* Support clinical teams with de‑escalation and, where necessary, patient restraint
* Oversee CCTV operations
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment across hospital grounds
About You
* Experienced in a Healthcare Environment
* Passionate about patient, staff, and visitor safety
* A confident leader in high‑pressure healthcare environments
* Skilled in communication, empathy, and verbal de‑escalation
* Comfortable working with vulnerable individuals and those in distress
* Knowledgeable on NHS security standards, Mental Health Act, and counter‑terrorism requirements
* Computer literate and highly organised
* Flexible to meet business needs
