Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a global Not-for-Profit to hire an immediate, interim Finance Analyst for a 3-6 month interim role.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Analyst for a 3-6 month role and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Lead and support year-end financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting timelines.
2. Undertake business partnering with regional, country and product teams to understand performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
3. Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility and operational performance management.
4. Pull together, consolidate and interpret data across different countries, regions, products, and services.
5. Conduct ad hoc financial and commercial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
6. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring data integrity and clear visualisation of key trends.
7. Utilise Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
8. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting standards and provide analytical support where needed.
Profile:
The successful interim Financial Analyst will have proven experience with analysis, be able to work with large and complex data-sets to interpret data and excellent communication skills to be able to partner with senior stakeholders and management. Experience with Power BI or data migration and projects will be a huge bonus.
You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a global Not-for-Profit based in Central London who offers a 3-6 month interim Finance Analyst role with hybrid working.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim Finance Analyst role will be paying circa £300-400 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience and qualification.
