Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and manage incoming home and motor insurance claims
2. Liaise with policyholders, garages, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate settlements

4. Maintain accurate records and ensure customers are updated regularly on the progress of their claim
5. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support compliance standards
