Basic Salary up to £55,000

Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients has made them a trusted name in the industry. They are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across 6 branches in the Croydon and surrounding areas.

Comprehensive training & development Key Responsibilities for this Mortgage Area Manager role
You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of 6+ brokers across multiple branches
Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success Skills and Experience for this Mortgage Area Manager role
Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership aspirations from an Estate Agency background will be considered
Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
