About the Role
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and service-focused Full-Time Front of House Team Member to join our established team at Fego Caffe Marlow. This is a daytime-only position, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a busy service environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent hospitality every day.
You will greet guests, run your own section, and help create a relaxed, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be confident talking about our menu, supporting dietary requirements, and delivering attentive, thoughtful service throughout the day.

Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential

Supporting dietary needs and maintaining strong allergen awareness

Delivering food and drinks promptly with a positive, professional attitude

Working closely with the wider team to maintain smooth service and high standards
