We are looking for a proactive and organised Education Resource Consultant to join our Hoddesdon team.
This is a candidate-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and engaging with people. You’ll play a key role in attracting, supporting and managing teachers and support staff who work with Moore Teachers.
What you’ll be doing
* Sourcing teachers and support staff through job boards, social media and marketing campaigns
* Building strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with Moore Teachers
* Screening and interviewing potential candidates
* Supporting candidate registrations and compliance checks
* Managing and updating the candidate database
* Creating marketing emails and promoting opportunities to our candidate network
* Supporting recruitment consultants to ensure schools have access to the best available staff
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Enjoy communicating with people and building relationships
* Are confident speaking with a wide range of stakeholders
* Have strong written and spoken communication skills
* Are proactive, motivated and positive
* Experience in recruitment, education, sales or administration would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
What we offer
* £25,000 – £30,000 starting salary depending on experience
* Full-time office-based role
* Working hours of 8:00–5:00, 8:30–5:30 or 9:00–6:00
