Offer description

Construction Logistics Group is looking for an Admin Manager for a construction site in Brent Cross, London.

Pay rate: £ 19/h, 10h shift.

Duration: 1 year minimum.

Fortnightly payments.

Payment CIS (by UTR number) or PAYE.

You will need to have a valid CSCS card, experience and the right to work in the UK.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a professional, proactive approach, preferably a degree. They will be an effective communicator and have experience in the administration sector. This role would suit a candidate with an organised and methodical nature who is happy to work individually and as part of the wider project team.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

* Document Control: Managing project plans, submittals, drawings, and change orders.
* Site Administration: Managing site office supplies, organising meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining worker files.
* Compliance & Safety: Assisting with safety documentation and health and safety records.
* Subcontractor & Supplier Support: Assisting with invoicing, tracking project variations, and coordinating deliveries.
* Reporting: Preparing reports on project progress and costs for management.


Skills And Requirements

* IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and construction management software like Daytascope and Aconex.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and health and safety requirements.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, including scheduling and tracking, in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience: Previous administrative experience within the construction industry is usually required.
