Weston College is recruiting a highly motivated Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering at HMP Leyhill, part of the Prison Education Framework (PEF) across South West England.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Successful candidates may be eligible for a 'Golden Hello' payment of up to £4,000, subject to Weston College Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities
* Organisational and administrative work
* Preparation, assessment, and marking
* Developing and maintaining course files, schemes of learning, and lesson plans
* Creating ILPs and contextual statements to monitor learner progress
* Completing registers, learner enrolments, and completions accurately
Qualifications and Skills
* A Degree or relevant professional qualification
* Knowledge of current teaching and learning strategies
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
