Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager with some flexibility to work remotely. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business strategies, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role involves regular client interactions, both virtually and in-person, to foster partnerships that drive growth.
Qualifications
* Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
* Experience in market analysis, client relationship management, and strategic planning
* Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Previous experience in the PPE or workwear industry is a plus
