Due to an internal promotion Reeds Rains Scarborough are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent/Valuation Manager for our town centre branch to work alongside the Branch Manager. Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. As a Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains you will receive: £40,000 plus on target earnings (OTE) per annum Uncapped earning opportunities 5 day working week across 6 days (work every other Saturday) Numerous employee benefits which include a company pension scheme, and car allowance In the role of a Valuation Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by: Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell Business Prospecting and proactive activity Extensive local market knowledge and networking Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Displaying excellent customer service at all times Ideally you will have experience working in Estate Agency as a Senior Negotiator or Valuer and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story. A full UK driving license is essential.
