JOB TITLE - Teaching Assistant ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive Primary School based in Keynsham. The school promotes a collaborative environment and offers ongoing professional development throughout the year. Depending on performance, the school may look to extend the contract or offer a permanent position. CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS Location: Keynsham Position: Teaching Assistant Full-Time: Monday to Friday Day Rate: £90 - £110 Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Professional childcare experience - Mandatory Experience supporting children in a school setting is desirable Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year (or willingness to complete) Experience or interest in working with children with SEN, including: Autism Speech & Language Needs Strong command of English TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an Enhanced Child Barred List DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one Provide 24 months of professional references, including child-related experienceIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
