Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, hours between 7:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: £12.60 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. If you’re passionate about great coffee and great service, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including artisan and speciality beverages
* Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering menu suggestions
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work and service areas
* Receiving and processing customer payments efficiently and accurately
* Managing stock – ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment
* A team player with a can-do attitude and strong multitasking abilities
* Confident in working under pressure and delivering exceptional customer service
