Maintaining and updating our customer database. Agreeing repair requirements with customers and arrange bookings into the bodyshop. Managing loan car use. Liaising with customers and insurance companies as required. Controlling credit on outstanding debts. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
