gap personnel are excited to be recruiting Machine Operatives for a respected specialist manufacturing company in Wellington, Somerset.
What you'll be doing:
Setting up and operating production machinery to keep packaging running smoothly
Performing basic maintenance and problem-solving to reduce downtime
Working alongside a friendly team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with industrial or manufacturing machines is highly desirable
Good level of physical fitness – able to handle a role with repetitive tasks
A positive, safety-first mindset and team-player attitude
