Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
Record customer interactions and update relevant data entry systems with precise details
Identify opportunities for up-selling additional products or services to maximise sales potential
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold excellent phone etiquette during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement
Skills
Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanour
Analytical skills to interpret customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Ability to up-sell products or services tactfully without being pushy
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Experience in a customer service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
