Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and driven Production Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets in line with business objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading production teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency and output targets are achieved Manage and lead production staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Maintain high-quality standards across all production processes Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and supply chain coordination Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment Prepare and present production reports to senior management Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum Paid monthly on the last Friday of each month Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Includes a 30-minute unpaid daily break Annual Leave: 25 days holiday per year Plus 8 statutory bank holidays (included within total entitlement) Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a production environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
