You thrive in a global environment, enjoy problem-solving, and bring a strong work ethic with a drive to make processes better.### Day-to-day, you will:* Validate, clean, and integrate large volumes of data from multiple sources.* Prepare and deliver reporting on headcount and cost base (CapEx, OpEx, capitalised expenses).* Support financial reporting processes, including the transition to **OneStream**.* Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data-driven insights.### Your skills and experience might include:* Strong **Excel** skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.* Experience with **Power BI** or similar data visualisation tools.* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a global environment.* Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.### Added value:* Proven examples of automating reports or improving processes.* Background in a **SaaS/software industry** organisation.* Exposure to **SQL** or other database tools.* Educational background in **BBA** or a related field.The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
