Responsibilities
* Supporting with a range of personal care needs, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.
* Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
* Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
* Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.
Qualifications
* Standard checks, including references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* Good English and numeracy skills.
* Passion for caring and helping residents to thrive.
