Sales Administrator
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re hiring a Sales Administrator to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
This role is key to keeping our sales process running smoothly — from handling new enquiries to supporting final invoicing and handovers. You'll be central to communication between our clients and internal teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for new sales enquiries
* Log enquiries in the CRM and coordinate the sales team’s diaries
* Keep client records accurate and up to date
* Support the sales process by preparing, updating, and sending documents
* Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout each project
* Assist with project handovers and file closures
* Help prepare final documents, including certificates and manuals
* Support the invoicing process and mark jobs as ready to bill
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer payments
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in admin or sales support
* Strong organisation and time management
* Clear, confident communication skills
* A sharp eye for detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
