The Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting-edge dental equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. You’ll combine direct-to-practice sales with distributor enablement — providing product training, joint visits, and developing long-term partnerships.
You’ll conduct site surveys, demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. The role involves extensive travel across Scotland, working remotely day-to-day, with occasional visits to the UK head office.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven field sales experience (any B2B background considered)
* Experience managing your own territory and driving new business growth
* A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated — someone who takes full ownership of their area
Dental or NHS sector experience is advantageous but not essential — full product training will be provided.
