Key Responsibilities: Perform high-precision TIG welding on thin-gauge materials including aluminium, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium. Fabricate complex components and assemblies using technical drawings, CAD models, and verbal instructions. Work to extremely tight tolerances, ensuring all components meet F1 and motorsport quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and designers to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to maintain consistent, high-quality results. Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant workshop environment. Requirements: Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience, ideally within F1, motorsport, or high-end automotive sectors. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication techniques. Experience with specialist materials commonly used in motorsport and aerospace. Skilled in sheet metal work, tube manipulation, jig work, and bespoke fabrication. Attention to detail with the ability to produce consistently clean, structurally sound welds.
