IWG – Partnership Sales Manager – Yorkshire
This role can be based anywhere in Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
* Agree high‑value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations across the region, leveraging expertise to expand the IWG network.
* Hunt exciting opportunities in commercial buildings of all types, pitch new partnership opportunities, and close deals quickly and effectively.
* Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections.
* Source ambitious partners that match growth goals and help drive rapid expansion through building conversions, new development locations, or competitor conversions.
* Employ a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailoring it to partners’ varying commercial needs and requirements.
* Actively manage your pipeline of opportunities from initial contact, through detailed negotiations, to a signed commercial agreement.
Qualifications
• Passionate about working in a high‑growth sector and ready to play a leading role in disrupting the commercial real‑estate industry. • Excellent networking skills and ability to grow a network rapidly. • Proven track record of initiating and closing multiple high‑value deals at pace. • Strong communication skills, primarily in your local language and a good level of English, to present compelling narratives to large and small audiences. • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business and financial acumen, and dedication to achieving outstanding business development results.
