Legal Administrator / Paralegal Permanent Role Salary up to £30k Glasgow City Centre (5 minute walk from Glasgow Central) Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to recruit a Legal Administrator / Paralegal on a permanent basis. The position is varied and will involve undertaking a multitude of tasks. Duties: Carrying out office administration including drafting client letters, emails and other documents as required Conducting legal research Assist solicitors with case preparation, including drafting documents and conducting legal research Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation are accurate and up-to-date Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases and address any enquiries Schedule appointments, meetings and court dates Responding to telephone enquiries Opening files and carrying out conflicts checks Prepare correspondence and reports as required, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to support daily operations. Interviews will be held at our clients HQ.
