Main duties and responsibilities
* Preparing RAMS
* Supporting site inspections and audits
* Promoting a positive safety culture, and helping ensure compliance with SHEQ and ISO standards.
* Carrying out training and toolbox talks to educate site personnel and ensure they understand the standards expected.
Key qualifications and experience
* NEBOSH General (Minimum) and NEBOSH Construction (preferable) certified
* Must have a current UK driving licence and use of a personal car for work related usage
* Self‑motivated and positive attitude with good communication skills and able to deal with site installation teams, colleagues, senior management, and customers
* Ability and willingness to work flexibly to suit the needs and demands of the role
* A sound appreciation of Health & Safety practices on site (e.g., risk assessments, accident investigations, induction, and training etc).
