Job Summary
Inspire your team, drive performance, and make a real impact – Become a Store Manager at Superdrug. This role is a Designate Store Manager position that involves travelling within one hour of your base store until a permanent location is assigned.
Location: Designate Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per week: 39 hours. Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: £39,000 - 41,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise performance.
* Create exciting in‑store promotions and experiences.
* Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
* Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
* Ensure the smooth running of the store.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in retail management (fresh ideas welcomed).
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
* Passion for customer service and sales.
* Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.pk
* A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – training provided (optional).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred due to travel requirements.
