Summary

To oversee our marketing campaigns and improve our brand’s visibility across several channels, we are looking for an energetic and results-oriented advertising manager. The ideal applicant will have a solid foundation in performance marketing, multichannel tactics, and digital marketing. Creativity, analytical abilities, and the capacity to oversee several projects at once and produce quantifiable outcomes are necessary for this position.


Duties

* Campaign Planning and Execution: Create, distribute, and enhance advertising campaigns for local, social media, and digital platforms.
* Media Planning & Purchasing: Arrange and buy advertising on print, radio, internet, and outdoor media.
* Content Creation: Provide interesting material for digital menus, posters, banners, social media, and event advertising.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with managers, chefs, influencers, and agencies to match marketing objectives with corporate objectives.
* Performance tracking: Keep an eye on campaign results, calculate return on investment, and modify tactics to increase engagement and reach.
* Market research: Examine competitors and find ways to increase sales and visibility.
* Budget management: Keep campaign spending under control and guarantee economical outcomes.
* Support for Branch Launch: Run focused advertising to guarantee a new branch opens successfully.
* Organise multichannel marketing campaigns, such as print ads, e-commerce projects, and email marketing.
* Work along with the sales team to increase advertising sales by managing products and budgets efficiently.
* Make engaging copy for a range of media while maintaining brand coherence.
* Use the Adobe Creative Suite to create captivating marketing collateral and ads.
* To determine trends, target markets, and the competitive environment, conduct market research.
* Use marketing automation solutions to improve productivity and streamline procedures.


Experience

* At least two years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management—preferably in the food or hotel industry.
* Expertise in digital marketing strategies, such as multichannel tactics, performance marketing, and business-to-business marketing.
* Knowledge of Google AdWords, HTML, WordPress, and other pertinent internet tools.
* Strong analytical abilities that enable data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
* Outstanding communication abilities with an emphasis on narrative and copywriting.
* Expertise in efficiently managing spending plans while optimising return on investment for advertising expenditures.

Types of Jobs: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary range: £46,000.00 to £50,866.17 annually
