Job Title: Customer & Trading Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Customer & Trading Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with managers to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Taking responsibility for the store's daily running, often as the sole manager on duty.
3. Managing a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
4. Handling people management duties such as performance management, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll.
5. Supporting other stores in the network when needed.

* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and coach a team to do the same.
* Proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance indicators.
* Experience managing employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and performance concerns.
* Comfortable leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
