Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Support professional to join their team. This role is all about combining technical know-how with excellent customer service to support clients and internal teams. You’ll provide technical expertise, prepare documentation, and ensure tailored solutions are delivered smoothly.
What you’ll do:
* Assess project requirements and recommend solutions
* Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and drawings (training on SolidWorks provided)
* Support customer enquiries and product presentations
* Develop deep product knowledge of their systems, features, and industry applications
* Work in collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams
What they’re looking for:
* Technical customer service background in either construction, power, or utilities
* Great communication skills and able to explain technical information clearly
* Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
* Proficient in MS Office; training provided for Sage 200, Salesforce & SolidWorks
* Ideally experience reading and interpreting technical specifications, drawings, catalogues, standards, and installation guides (Full training to be provided)
* Willingness to travel occasionally
