Support Worker – Supported Living
We have opportunities for two Part‑Time Support Workers to join the team at James House, Northwich, Cheshire (CW9 7DE).
The service consists of 14 flats home to adults with various mental health and learning disability conditions.
Salary £12.60 hourly. Hours 16 weeks, one 14‑hour shift per week.

Responsibilities
Support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move toward independent accommodation. Duties include medication assistance, accessing community services and domestic tasks. Every day varies – we’ll need someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients’ needs.
Qualifications
We are more interested in your values and ability to build relationships than in formal qualifications. No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. On joining we provide on‑the‑job training and the option to undertake professional qualifications.
