We support some truly amazing people to live positive, independent lives in their own home and help get them where they want to be in life.
The clients are very active and love being out in the community, whether it is for their voluntary work, a shopping trip or going to the library. One is involved in the local Warriors rugby club, and others enjoy going to Cardiff to see shows. You will be involved in all aspects of day to day support for our clients, including;
Supporting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and laundry
Planning support on Pobl documents
Attending support reviews
Supporting clients to keep in touch with family and friends
Support with medication and health visits
Providing social and emotional support
Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and mental health is not essential as you will benefit from full training and support from your team and management.
Hourly rate of £12.Sleep in rate - £62.26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
