Perspective Education is currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the S71 postcode, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team from September.
About the Role:
This is a full-time role supporting across Key Stages 1 and 2. The successful candidate will:
1. Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
2. Support whole-class learning, group interventions, and 1:1 sessions
3. Work closely with teachers to raise standards of achievement
4. Support pupils with SEND and behavioural needs as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5. HLTA status or a relevant Level 4 qualification
6. Proven experience in a similar classroom-based role
7. Confidence leading lessons and managing behaviour effectively
8. A proactive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
9. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
