Salarycirca: £58,000pa plus, 34 days leave (including BH and a ‘me day’) with matching pension up to 7% and life insurance

As our Lead Business Analyst, you’ll shape how analysis drives change across the organisation. This is more than a traditional BA role. You’ll lead our business analysis practice, coach a talented team, and bring evidence and insight into some of our most important strategic and portfolio decisions. What you’ll do
1. Lead our BA practice so work is clean consistent and trusted
2. Coach and support BAs to deliver strong analysis and grow skills
3. Bring insight and evidence to strategic change and portfolio boards.
4. Map processes, remove waste and improve how teams work
5. Build strong relationships so programmes move with clarity and pace.

You have
6. Strong BA methods like BPMN, ISEB, BCs Diploma or equivalent experience
7. Experience leading BA work and setting clear standards
8. Skill in modelling processes, defining requirements and analysing benefits
9. Confidence using strategic insight to guide decisions
10. Great communication skills to explain complex things simply.

The practical bits
11. We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest working from home
12. You’ll work Monday to Friday
13. We work between the hours of 9 am and 5:30 pm
