We are at the heart of Regulatory change, providing essential PMO services that ensure our Regulatory programmes are designed and delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Where you fit in: As our PMO Analyst you will: Champion strong governance and control across strategic programmes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards. Support Programme and Project Managers with confidence, offering clear guidance on completing Change Framework templates and documentation. Take ownership of reporting by engaging with teams, gathering insights, and transforming complex information into sharp, accurate dashboards and reports that drive great decision making. Bring solid financial awareness to programme activity, helping track budgets and maintain financial discipline at portfolio level. Play an active role in procurement cycles and keep all financial activity on track, organised, and compliant. Build meaningful relationships with programme teams to collect, analyse, and interpret key information that supports effective delivery. Keep a close eye on RAID and lessons learned, challenging where needed and escalating key areas to keep programmes moving in the right direction. Monitor benefits and cost performance, creating insightful updates for relevant boards. Produce clear drafts of key project documents including board papers, stage reviews, and closure reports ready for senior review. Serve as the go to contact for all programme and project information, ensuring stakeholders always have accurate, timely progress updates. Turn complex programme plans into engaging, easy to-follow plans on a page that clearly map milestones, critical paths, outcomes, and benefits. Work collaboratively within the team to deliver outstanding support, challenge, and skills development to stakeholders. Help shape the future through continuous improvement. Build strong relationships across senior leadership and work confidently with diverse stakeholders. What skills & qualifications you will need: Experience working in a fast-paced project, programme or PMO environment. Confident analysing data, spotting risks, and highlighting key insights. A recognised project qualification (P30, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, CAPM) or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of project management principles and best practice. Great at building relationships and supporting teams to deliver change. Skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders. Comfortable managing time reporting processes and project set up. Familiar with project health metrics, KPIs, and turning data into action. A proactive problem solver with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast moving environment. Self-motivated team player who brings energy and a can-do mindset.
