Transformative Business Services (TBS) works with some of the largest Government and Public Sector clients in the UK, delivering high‑quality recruitment support services that help shape future talent.
We’re looking for confident, tech‑savvy individuals to join a dynamic and fast‑paced assessment delivery team. You’ll play a key role in delivering live, online assessments using platforms such as Sova and Microsoft Teams, managing multiple channels and supporting candidates throughout the process. You’ll be supported from day one with a comprehensive two‑day training programme, followed by hands‑on shadowing with an experienced mentor to help you build confidence and capability. Everything you need – from scoring guidance to scripts – is fully integrated into the Sova platform, with clear processes in place to ensure consistency and quality.
This role suits individuals with strong organisational skills, excellent timekeeping, and an understanding of behavioural and strengths‑based assessments.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working with technology, and are committed to delivering a high‑quality candidate experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
