Overview of Role:
The primary responsibility of the Gas Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
2. Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
3. Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
4. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
