Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company, in their search for a Clinical Operations Manager, to oversee and ensure the implementation of robust operational systems and processes within the clinical operations of the company.
Clinical Operations Manager - Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the company's clinical operations activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
* Supervise and mentor a team of clinical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
* Coordinate and lead clinical trials, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary
* Oversee the review and approval of clinical trial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Ensure the company maintains compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies, including the MHRA and EMA, and support regulatory inspections
* Drive initiatives to enhance clinical operations systems, processes, and training programs to support operational excellence.
Clinical Operations Manager - Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
* Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
