Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £16,008.00 per annum

Responsibilities
 * Deputise for the store manager when needed and work in an environment that presents challenge and meaning.
 * Be highly organised with experience of merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service.
 * Maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.
 * Work alongside paid staff and volunteers, supporting and deputising for the Store Manager to help raise money to support young people’s lives.
Qualifications and requirements
 * Experience as a retailer.
 * Strong organisational skills; experience in merchandising, stock rotation and customer service.
 * Willingness to deputise for the Store Manager and work in a community-focused charity environment.
 * Safeguarding awareness; commitment to safeguarding procedures.
 * Two references, safeguarding self-declaration, and DBS check as part of safer recruitment.
