Our well Established Independent Client are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join in their busy Property management department in Colchester CO1 The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore they must be able to manage their own workload and also delegate to others, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
