The Role
In this newly created Customer Experience Manager role you will take responsibility for the customer care team, dealing with all client issues and managing the process, you would also be responsible for the events side of the business so having knowledge of event management is critical. In addition to both of these you will also be responsible for some general office management duties, as such having someone who has worked in a number of areas of business is critical.
The Candidate
You will be a highly successful Customer Experience Manager that can demonstrate being able to wear multiple hats including being a player manager at times while the company continues to grow. Good knowledge of customer service, raising tickets and resolving issues is key to success. Being able to also work with the events team to ensure events are well organized, on time and in budget. It will also be a plus if you understand ticketing systems, CRM and have had exposure to other areas of office management in the past.
The Package
