Admin Coordinator\nLocation: Trafford Park, Manchester (M32)\nType: Permanent | Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)\nSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are recruiting an organised and proactive Admin Coordinator to join a growing water cooler supplies company in Trafford Park. This is a varied role where you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations — booking in jobs, managing stock, coordinating with drivers and engineers, and supporting the operations planner. You won’t be responsible for planning routes or schedules, but you’ll make sure everything around them runs smoothly.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nJob & Order Processing\n\n * Book in new jobs and work orders from start to finish.\n\n * Log equipment-related jobs to the correct accounts.\n\n * Work closely with the planner to ensure all jobs are scheduled and ready.\n\n * Keep customers updated on job progress and completion.\n\nStock & Supplier Coordination\n\n * Book in deliveries and manage stock movements.\n\n * Monitor inventory (water bottles, coolers, spare parts) and raise purchase orders when needed.\n\n * Liaise with suppliers to track and confirm orders.\n\nCustomer & Team Support\n\n * Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests.\n\n * Coord...
