We are supporting a well-established organisation in Glasgow with the recruitment of two Temporary Administrative Assistants to join a busy operational team for an initial 8-week assignment. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role supporting a critical system transition project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer records are accurate, up to date and correctly aligned across systems. The role: Manually cross-referencing and updating customer records across two systems Reviewing and updating information such as addresses, emergency contacts, next of kin and notes Ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the transition Working closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and quality standards What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Reliable, organised and comfortable working at pace Confident learning and navigating new IT systems Previous administrative or data-focused experience preferred Assignment details: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some flexibility on start/finish times) Fully office-based role in Glasgow Free on-site parking Full training provided £13.68 – £15.16 per hour, depending on experience and suitability If you’re immediately available and looking for a short-term assignment where your accuracy and reliability will really matter, we’d love to hear from you.
