We are currently looking for a well adept IFA Administrator, with experience in IFA or SJP to support our team of advisors. As an independent financial services company in the wealth management sector, we aid our clients in supporting fund switches, EBS submissions, and stock transfers. We pride ourselves on our welcoming team and beautiful office on the marina and are excited to welcome a new comer to the team.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage the end-to-end Letter of Authority (LOA) process, ensuring advisors are kept fully updated.
Prepare and coordinate client meetings, including creating materials, sending post-meeting packs, and following up on notes and actions.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM, manage review documents, and support new client onboarding with welcome calls and queries.
Support a warm, personal client experience, from organising birthday gifts and handwritten cards to greeting clients and arranging parking.
Handle varied administrative tasks, including stock orders, property checks, weekly food shopping, and general office support.
Assist with reports and analytics, event planning, fund switches, and other key processes - all while working collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What you will need:
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep processes running smoothly.
Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with clients and advisors, both in writing and over the phone.
Previous experience working within an IFA environment or at St. James’s Place, with a strong understanding of financial planning processes.
Friendly and people-focused, enjoys creating a welcoming experience for clients and supporting colleagues as part of a close-knit team.
Comfortable with technology and systems, confident using CRM software and producing reports and meeting materials.What you will get in return:
